                                		APA is a deposit which is used to cover all costs not included in the charter price (e.g. fuel, food, beverages, dockage, communication).                                 		S/Y NORTH STAR is crewed by a skipper and a hostess/cook. The skipper handles navigation and safety, while the hostess prepares breakfast and lunch, cleans common areas, refreshes cabins and bathrooms daily, and assists with sailing maneuvers.
