	                                	Bei der Buchung einer Hostess ist ein Vorschuss (Advance Provisional Allowance) in Höhe von 3000€ in bar obligatorisch.
Der Vorschuss (APA) ist ein verpflichtender Zusatz, wenn zwei Crewmitglieder gebucht werden. Aus diesem Betrag werden die Kosten für Vorräte, Essen, Getränke, Hafen- und Liegegebühren sowie Diesel und Kraftstoff gedeckt. Sollten zusätzliche Kosten entstehen, werden die Gäste gebeten, die Differenz zu begleichen. Der Kapitän führt genaue Aufzeichnungen über die Ausgaben, und am Ende der Charter legt die Crew den Gästen alle Rechnungen vor. Die Verpflegungskosten der Crew werden aus dem APA-Fonds gedeckt (35,00 € - 40,00 € pro Crewmitglied / pro Tag).
