For crew changes of less than 75%, an additional term can be added to the existing charter contract, allowing the process to avoid the need to visit any base for port procedures. If a new skipper is introduced, an extra charge ranging from €135 to €425 (for check-in/out fee) will apply, depending on the boat's size. This structured approach ensures compliance with port authority regulations while providing flexibility for charter clients regarding crew management.

Sail Emerald solely provides facilitation services to help the Charterer directly hire local freelance crew, without any additional fees or charges and does not act as a crew agency or employer and assumes no responsibility for the performance of the crew’s services. No warranties or representations are made regarding the quality or reliability of the crew’s services, and Sail Emerald shall not be liable for any act, omission, or negligence of the crew members.
