On trips starting more than 89 days away, cancel within 48 hours of your booking being confirmed and you get a full refund, our fee included. After that, payments already made are not refunded, and from the date your balance is due the booking is non-refundable. Trips starting within 89 days are paid in full when confirmed and are non-refundable. Need different dates? We'll ask the charter company to move your booking.
