## About this Motor boat

Step aboard the Gota 5, a classic 1995 Regina von Platen motor boat ready to explore the lakes and waterways around Motala, Sweden. Measuring 10.40 metres and sleeping up to nine guests across two cabins, this bareboat charter offers a generous and comfortable base for friends or family seeking a true Swedish cruising adventure. Her traditional lines and warm wooden interior give her a timeless character, while her roomy saloon and galley make everyday life afloat relaxed and sociable.

Cast off from Motala Harbour and let the gentle rhythm of the water set your pace. The Göta Canal region is among Sweden's most celebrated waterways, with quiet bays, forested shorelines, and charming harbour towns within easy reach. Whether you choose a leisurely morning crossing, an afternoon anchored in a sheltered cove, or an evening spent watching the sun dip behind the trees, the Gota 5 makes it effortless to slow down and savour the landscape.

Aboard, the single bathroom and well-arranged cabins keep the crew comfortable through long summer days, and the open deck invites lingering over breakfast or stargazing after dark. As a bareboat charter, the Gota 5 gives you the freedom to plan your own route, stop where you please, and create memories on your own schedule. It is an ideal choice for a group holiday that combines the ease of motor cruising with the magic of Sweden's lake country.
