La Empresa no actúa como agencia de tripulación ni como empleador y no asume ninguna responsabilidad por el desempeño de los servicios de la tripulación. 
No se ofrece ninguna garantía ni declaración sobre la calidad o fiabilidad de los servicios de la tripulación, y Athenian Yachts no será responsable de ningún acto, omisión o negligencia de los miembros de la tripulación.
