L'Avance Provisionnelle (APA) est un extra obligatoire lorsque deux membres d'équipage sont engagés. Ce montant couvre les frais d'approvisionnement, de nourriture, de boissons, les frais de port et d'amarrage, ainsi que le carburant. En cas de frais supplémentaires, il sera demandé aux clients de régler la différence. Le capitaine tiendra un registre précis des dépenses et, à la fin de la location, l'équipage présentera toutes les factures aux invités. Les repas de l'équipage sont couverts par le fonds APA (35,00 € - 40,00 € par membre d'équipage / par jour).
