Experience the perfect blend of comfort and performance aboard Vlassis, a well-maintained Bavaria 40 sailboat based in the stunning Lefkada region of Greece. This 2012 classic is ideally suited for bareboat charters, offering sailors of intermediate to advanced experience the freedom to explore the Ionian Islands at their own pace. Vlassis features a spacious three-cabin layout with two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests in comfort. The boat's proven Yammer 4JH57 50HP diesel engine paired with a reliable furling mainsail system makes for confident cruising in variable conditions, while the generous fuel and water tank capacities (120L and 200L respectively) extend your range between provisioning stops. At 12.48 meters in length with a stable 3.99-meter beam, this Bavaria 40 is known for its excellent seaworthiness and responsive handling characteristics. The moderate draught of 1.95 meters allows access to sheltered anchorages throughout the Lefkada area and beyond, opening up hidden coves and quiet villages that larger vessels cannot reach. Whether you're planning a leisurely coastal cruise along Greece's crystal-clear waters, island-hopping to discover charming fishing villages, or testing your sailing skills on more challenging passages, Vlassis delivers the ideal platform. The Ionian sailing season offers warm Mediterranean breezes, reliable weather patterns, and some of Europe's most picturesque sailing destinations. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or experienced sailors seeking an authentic bareboat adventure in one of the world's most beautiful sailing regions.
