L'Anticipo di Approvvigionamento (APA) è un extra obbligatorio quando vengono assunti due membri dell'equipaggio. Con questo importo si coprono i costi di rifornimenti, cibo, bevande, tasse portuali e di ormeggio, gasolio e carburante. Se emergono costi extra, ai clienti verrà chiesto di pagare la differenza. Il capitano terrà un registro accurato delle spese e, alla fine del charter, l'equipaggio presenterà tutte le fatture agli ospiti. Le spese per i pasti dell'equipaggio sono coperte dal fondo APA (35,00 € - 40,00 € per membro dell'equipaggio / al giorno).
