## Informazioni su questa Catamaran

Experience the perfect blend of modern sailing and Mediterranean adventure aboard Proxima Centauri, an exceptional Lagoon 42 catamaran based in the heart of Sicily. This 2024 model represents the pinnacle of catamaran design, offering spacious comfort and exceptional performance for families, friends, and sailing enthusiasts alike.

Proxima Centauri features four well-appointed cabins and four en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests with generous living spaces that rival luxury villas. The catamaran's innovative open-plan layout maximizes natural light and airflow, while the large flybridge provides the perfect vantage point for watching sunsets over the Tyrrhenian Sea. With its advanced furling mainsail system and twin Yanmar diesel engines, this vessel delivers effortless handling and reliable performance, whether you're navigating coastal anchorages or cruising to distant islands.

Based at Marina Portorosa in Furnari, you have immediate access to Sicily's most coveted sailing destinations. Explore the crystalline waters of the Aeolian Islands, discover charming fishing villages along the northern coast, or venture to the dramatic Tyrrhenian coastline. The catamaran's shallow 1.2m draught allows access to secluded bays and hidden coves that larger monohulls cannot reach, while the substantial 750L water tank and 550L fuel capacity ensure extended cruising independence.

Whether you're an experienced sailor seeking bareboat freedom or a novice looking to build confidence with professional guidance, Proxima Centauri delivers an unforgettable maritime experience. The spacious deck areas and comfortable lounging zones make her ideal for socializing, while the technical specifications ensure responsive sailing performance. This is your gateway to authentic Mediterranean sailing—comfortable, capable, and ready for adventure.
