The Company does not act as a crew agency or employer and assumes no responsibility for the performance of the crew’s services. No warranties or representations are made regarding the quality or reliability of the crew’s services, and Athenian Yachts shall not be liable for any act, omission, or negligence of the crew members.

Crew Change: The permanent disembarkation of passengers who boarded at the start of the journey is prohibited if it exceeds seventy-five per cent (75%). For crew changes of less than 75%, an additional term can be added to the existing charter contract, allowing the process to avoid the need to visit any Athenian base for port procedures. If a new skipper is introduced, an extra charge ranging from €135 to €425 (for check-in/out fee) will apply, depending on the boat's size. This structured approach ensures compliance with port authority regulations while providing flexibility for charter clients regarding crew management.
