禁止在旅程开始时登船的乘客永久下船，若其比例超过百分之七十五（75%）。
禁止在旅程中途登船的乘客永久下船，若其比例超过额外乘客人数的百分之七十五（75%）。
上述船员更换政策规定，包船期间的船员更换比例最高可达75%。若更换比例超过此门槛，则需签发新的包船合同，并且由于需要在港口当局办理新的手续，该合同必须通过Athenian的某个基地处理。
与船员更换相关的费用定为120 €，涵盖所有基地的水、电及码头费用/服务。
对于低于75%的船员更换，可在现有包船合同中添加附加条款，从而避免前往Athenian任何基地办理港口手续。

如引入新船长，将根据船只大小收取额外费用，金额在135 €至425 €之间（用于办理入境/离境手续费）。

The Charterer may cancel the crew service up to 31 days before embarkation without incurring any penalty. 
Athenian Yachts solely provides facilitation services to help the Charterer directly hire local freelance crew, without any additional fees or charges. 
The Company does not act as a crew agency or employer and assumes no responsibility for the performance of the crew’s services. 
No warranties or representations are made regarding the quality or reliability of the crew’s services, and Athenian Yachts shall not be liable for any act, omission, or negligence of the crew members.
