## 关于这艘Sailing boat

Pia is a classic Y 40 sailing yacht that combines spacious comfort with proven offshore capabilities. Built in 2008, this well-maintained vessel accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 generously proportioned cabins, making her perfect for families, friends, or corporate retreats exploring the breathtaking Adriatic Sea.

The yacht features two full bathrooms, providing excellent privacy and convenience for larger groups. Her dual furling sails—furling mainsail and genoa—deliver responsive handling and effortless sail management, allowing both experienced sailors and confident bareboat charterers to enjoy the cruising experience without exhaustion.

Based at Marina Izola in Slovenia, Pia offers an exceptional starting point for discovering the Adriatic's hidden gems. The region boasts crystalline waters, dramatic coastlines, and charming coastal towns—from the islands of Croatia to the Venetian lagoons. With a cruising speed of 7 knots and reliable Yanmar diesel power, you'll cover ground efficiently while maximizing time at anchor.

Her 40-foot hull provides excellent sea-keeping qualities and stability, while spacious deck areas invite morning coffee and evening sunsets. Whether you're seeking an active sailing adventure or leisurely island-hopping with complete comfort, Pia delivers the perfect balance of performance and livability for an unforgettable Adriatic escape.
